My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and cozy duvet. The shower had hot water and there was an adequate supply of toiletries. The wifi worked well throughout my stay. Despite a small towel, everything else about the accommodation was great. I had a pleasant experience at Sleep Inn and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hostel is very convenient, being situated in the heart of the old town. This allows easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. the staff at the hostel go above and beyond to provide helpful tips and assistance to guests. For example, RuRu and Austin were praised for their exceptional customer service, making guests feel like friends rather than strangers. Their warm and accommodating nature truly enhances the overall experience for travelers.
This could potentially disrupt a peaceful night's sleep who are more sensitive to noise.

The location of the hostel was fantastic, close to metro stations, cafes, and points of interest. It was really convenient for exploring the city and joining tours. The hostel also had a well-stocked kitchen, which was great for preparing meals. Additionally, the staff were really friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English. They made an effort to communicate and assist with any questions or concerns.
That the beds in the dorm room were quite shaky, making it feel like you were in an earthquake when the person on the top bunk moved. Another issue was that the blinds in the room didn't close properly, allowing light to come in, which made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.
